Our Mission

The ELMA Flight Foundation is a non-profit community-based group dedicated to support EVERY student’s success in school and life! Our goal is to partner with our schools, families and community to ensure EVERY student has access to the supports they need to successfully enter school, stay in school, graduate from school and transition to a productive post- graduation placement. We want to empower our students by equipping them for success from cradle to career!
